All aboard the Santa Express!

Hundreds are expected to board the popular Santa Trains which start at Groudle Glen from 11 o’clock this morning. (Sunday)

As well as meeting the man himself, visitors will be treated to drinks and a mince pie.

The special trains have been running since for more than twenty years and the event is run by volunteers.

One of them, Richard Booth, says the event has maintained its appeal (audio file attached):
