Halligan and Griffiths win again

John Halligan and Gail Griffiths have maintained their 100% records in the Cross Country Challenge Series.

Both won Sunday's third round at a very wet and muddy Glen Lough Farm.

Halligan (29 minutes and 38 seconds) finished 19 seconds ahead of Kevin Loundes with Nigel Armstrong third.

Griffiths (25 minutes and 1 second) beat Sarah Nelson by 54 seconds with the podium places completed by Ann Cain.

Junior Men - Ryan Fairclough
Under 17 male - Tom Richmond
Under 17 female - Alicia Corlett
Under 15 boys - Nathan Pierce
Under 15 girls - Hannah Scarlett
Under 13 boys - Adam Young
Under 13 girls - Alice Ashe
Under 11 boys - Will Morris
Under 11 girls - Katie Astin
Under 9 boys - Jamie Garrett and Conor Davies in a dead heat
Under 9 girls - Danielle Barton
