MHK questions training age

A decision to send senior civil servants on training courses shortly before they’re due to retire has prompted criticism from an MHK.

Peter Karran was speaking after last month’s announcement civil servants had been sent to Harvard business school in America.

Mr Karran says the top end of the civil service needs to be more accountable (audio file attached):
