An East Douglas MHK says she is concerned at changes to escort criteria on the Island.
The service is for those patients in the Island who have to go to the UK for treatment.
Mrs Cannell (pictured) raised the issue in the Keys this week.
She says some categories in guidelines issued to medics are being done away with altogether, and she's already been approached by concerned constituents:
