Steam Packet petition attracts 2,000

An online petition has raised over 2000 'virtual' signatures complaining about the Steam Packet Company.

Yesterday, a printed copy - along with a data CD - was officially handed over to the Office of Fair Trading by organiser of the petition and manxforums.com moderator Frank Scheungel.

Chief Officer of the OFT Nick Black says the issues raised will be taken seriously and considered by the relevant authorities (audio file attached):
