Radio presenter Andy Kershaw will appear in court again today (Tues).
The 47 year-old DJ , who lives in Peel, is charged with breaching a restraining order and of being drunk and disorderly.
He was initially granted bail but was remanded in custody last Thursday after breaching his bail conditions.
The restraining order against Mr Kershaw prevents him from contacting his former partner.
