Island a 'big hit' at food show

The Isle of Man stand is attracting a great deal of attention at the BBC Good Food Show, at the National Exhibition Centre in Birmingham.

It's a major opportunity to show the world what the Island has to offer, and a number of exhibitors are doing brisk business.

Fishmonger Paul Desmond expects to sell a total of two and a half thousand pairs of kippers and kipper fillets over the three days, but says the main reason for taking part is the huge promotions and PR value of the event.

He says all the local exhibitors are doing their bit to show the Isle of Man in the best possible light:
