Manx Executive Challenge 2007

by isleofman.com 27th November 2007
Increasing the volume of Manx produce sold on the global market is the daunting task facing one of the four teams in this year's Manx Executive Challenge.

The six members of 'Blue Team' are looking at whether a more cohesive approach would work, and plan to draw on the expertise developed through success stories, such as the exportation of Manx cheese.

Team member Mark Britton (pictured), a Sergeant with the Manx police, says the Creamery is a model for future success and is hoping to get other producers to work together: (audio clip)

An initial report must be completed by April, with the final presentation, against the three other teams, the following month.

Anybody who would like to contribute ideas to the 'Blue Team' cause should visit the website blueteam.mec2008.net and send an email.
