Drugs and alcohol roadshow

by isleofman.com 27th November 2007
There's another opportunity this evening for people with concerns about drugs and alcohol to pass them on directly to a top level government committee.

The Chief Minister's Drug and Alcohol Strategy Group is holding the second of two pilot road shows, this time at Ramsey Town Hall.

Over 20 government and voluntary groups will be represented, at what the organisers describe as an informal, interactive session.

Co-ordinator of the Strategy Group Margaret O'Reilly says there was a disappointing turnout at the first road show in Castletown last week, and is hoping more people will turn up and make their views known this time:

The Drug and Alcohol Road Show, will be at Ramsey Town Hall, from 7.30 this evening (Tues).
