Colby's 100 per cent record finally came to an end on Saturday.

After 14 straight wins, the leaders of CFS Division Two had to settle for a point with a 1-1 draw at third placed Pulrose - but it was a well earned point.

Tom Craine had put Colby in front at the break before prolific marksman Dave Skillen equalised for Pulrose after the break.

The result was just what second placed Michael wanted as they consolidated second spot with a 3-0 victory at western rivals Marown – player-manager Nick Hurt, Jamie Moffatt and Michael Shimmin the scorers.

Alex Crawley hit a hat-trick and was joined on the scoresheet by former Island international Mark Thompson, Michael Edge and Carl Staniford as fourth placed Castletown saw off lowly Ramsey Youth Centre 6-0.

The Police moved into fifth place with a 6-2 home win over Braddan.

The match was level at 2-2 at the break but the Police ran riot in the second period.

Neil Moore hit two with Adam Hawkes, Sam Liver, Neil Cain and Steve Gardner all joining him on the scoresheet, while goal-getter David Kinrade and Richard Winn found the net for Braddan.

One-time Island youngster Carl Sandland showed his talent with a hat-trick as Ronaldsway beat Jurby 4-0.

Dave McCabe scored the other for the Rockets.
