Lecture on underwater heritage

Manx National Heritage kicks off its winter series of lectures at the museum in Douglas this evening (Friday).

Four experts in aspects of the Island's maritime heritage will make presentations, under the heading 'Underwater Resting Places - The Legacy of Wartime Losses at Sea".

Curator of Archaeology for MNH Alison Fox (pictured) says the talks will appeal to more people than just marine enthusiasts:
