Buddist 'Master' to lecture at college

A Manxman who is one of the top exponents in his field is back on the Island next month to deliver a week of lectures at the Isle of Man College.

Michael Kewley is an internationally acclaimed Buddhist teacher and author, who has held the rare and highly honoured title of 'Master' for the last five years.

The courses will run from December 1 and will cover a number of aspects of Buddhism . They are are open to everyone.

The College's Adult Leisure and Recreation Department's Programme Manager, Paul Wilkinson, says Mr Kewley first ran courses there in November 1986 (audio file attached):
