by isleofman.com 20th November 2007
Two men charged with inflicting grievous bodily harm with intent on a homeless man will make a further court appearance today (Tuesday).

43 year-old Marcus Anthony McCormack of North View in Peel and 24 year-old Mark Anthony Quirk of Castlemona Avenue in Douglas are accused of attacking Joseph McCabe in Peel in August.

The 57 year-old subsequently died in a UK hospital.

The court was adjourned last month as police awaited a pathologist’s report.

41 year old Sandra Rose Quirk, also of North View in Peel, is charged with committing an act against public justice in connection with the incident.
