Bags of confusion at airports

The changing rules concerning hand baggage on flights is going to leave passengers confused, according to the Director of Isle of Man Airport, Ann Reynolds.

From January airports will allow more than one item of hand luggage to be taken onto planes, providing they can process the extra bags without compromising security.

But Ms Reynolds (pictured) thinks the rules need to be more consistent (audio file attached):
