'Message getting through' - Bell

The Treasury Minister is hopeful that attitudes in the United States are changing in relation to the Isle of Man.

Allan Bell (pictured) and Chief Minister Tony Brown are in Washington DC meeting politicians and regulators to convince them the Island is a well-regulated offshore financial centre.

It's Mr Bell's third trip to the American capital and he says slowly but surely the message is getting through (audio file attached):
