Peel crash - appeal for witnesses

A woman who sustained serious injuries in an accident by Peel Cemetery earlier this week is said to be improving in Nobles Hospital.

The incident happened just after 8 am on Monday 12th November on the Peel to St Johns Road and involved two vehicles, a silver Renault Scenic car and a red Renault Master van.

The woman who was injured was the driver of the Scenic car.

Police say enquiries are continuing into the incident and are appealing again for anyone who may have witnessed the collision or seen the vehicles prior to the accident.
