Radio 3 DJ Andy Kershaw has been bailed until a further appearance at the High Bailiff's court on December 4th.
The 47 year old Peel resident was in court this lunchtime (Tues) after allegedly breaching a restraining order last week.
His bail is subject on the condition he resides with his partner at Rhen Cullen, observes a 7:30pm to 7:30am curfew and doesn't enter on-licenced premises.
However, he will be allowed to leave the Island between November the 19th and 22nd to attend a TT Riders' convention in Birmingham.
