Island prepares to remember

The Isle of Man will remember its war dead this weekend.

The 11th day of the 11th month means the annual commemorations will take place on Remembrance Sunday.

Proceedings will begin with a church service at St Thomas' at 10 o'clock before the congregation moves to the war memorial for the wreath laying and the two minute silence.

Manx Radio will be covering the event, and John Moss says the occasion needs to be conducted with reverence:
