Bullying in the Manx workplace is STILL a problem - in fact it's on the increase - according to the Government Officers Association, Prospect.
Negotiations Officer Angela Moffatt (pictured) says bullying isn't just confined to staff within the Civil Service - a review from Noble's Hospital also drew attention to instances of bullying, harrassment and discrimination.
