by isleofman.com 7th November 2007
A woman who was airlifted off the Ben my Chree on Monday, after falling ill during a crossing to Heysham, is described as 'comfortable and improving' at Blackpool's Victoria Hospital today.

The decision to call out a helicopter was taken after an assessment of her condition by a doctor who was on board the vessel

The passenger's name hasn't been released.
