Migrant workers being exploited

The former regional Industrial Organiser for the Transport and General Workers Union says there's a degree of exploitation of the migrant workforce on the Island.

Bernard Moffatt (pictured) was speaking after heated debate in the Keys this week over claims that workers from Eastern Europe were being paid below the minimum wage.

He says the issue has been raised by his Union with the Department of Trade and Industry:
