'Respect' campaign well received

by isleofman.com 30th October 2007
The Douglas Neighbourhood Policing Team is working with late night food outlets in the Isle of Man to clamp down on anti-social behaviour.

The campaign is running under the banner of 'Respect', and leaflets and posters are being displayed to remind customers that queue jumping, violent or disorderly behaviour, and abusing staff will result in police involvement.

Police say the initiative will be refreshed periodically and so far it has been well received by the traders involved.
