Smacking harm outlined

An Isle of Man child behaviour specialist says smacking children could train them to be more aggressive.

Demelza Foreman was speaking after the UK government ruled out a ban on smacking kids.

She says while parents should enforce boundaries, they shoudn't be over-authoritarian.

She says smacking can become a habit (audio file attached):
