King Bills accident

Two King William's College students received minor injuries when their Protours coach hit a Department of Transport lorry yesterday morning (Thurs 18th).

The accident happened at around 8.30am on the A5 Douglas Road near the entrance to the College.

The DOT vehicle was parked and unattended at the time of the incident.

It is understood one or two students received minor cuts which were treated at the scene.

Reconstruction work of the main A5 Douglas road is currently taking place in the area.
