Forum seeking views on policing

The people of the Isle of Man are having a say on how their communities are policed.

The newly formed Police Consultative Forum is seeking the views of the public, who have been passing on suggestions to the constabulary for consideration.

The forum has representation from different parts of the Island and meetings are held on a regional basis, with the aim of improving policing in the areas concerned.

Acting Chairman Bob Jeavons (pictured) says listening to the public has already had a significant effect in reducing crime:
