Castletown arson attack

by isleofman.com 17th October 2007
Police are appealing for witnesses to an arson attack on a boat parked in Janet's Corner, Castletown.

It was set alight on the evening of Friday 12th October 2007.

Officers say those responsible for the attack would have been aware that there were several vehicles parked nearby, and it was sheer luck that none of these caught fire, escalating the incident further.

Anyone with information on the incident is asked to get in contact with police headquarters on 631 212, or use Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
