Committee considers 'Scope' paper

An assessment of the wide-ranging 'Review into the Scope and Structure of Government' document may be made public by the end of the year.

The Chief Minister told Tynwald members it has been referred to the government committee of the Council of Ministers for consideration.

The review contained 48 recommendations for the restructuring and streamlining of government.

But Tony Brown stressed that no commitment had been given to act on on ANY of it:
