Minister back from Liechtenstein

by isleofman.com 16th October 2007
Treasury Minister Allan Bell has recently returned from high-level financial discussions in Liechtenstein, where he joined around 100 delegates from various international financial centres.

During the two day conference in the principality's capital, Vaduz, Mr Bell held private meetings with the Head of State, Prince Alois and Prime Minister Otmar Hasler.

Mr Bell says he was pleased to bring the Isle of Man's relevant experience to the table and feels the strength of the cooperation between government and business is one of the keys to the Isle of Man's continuous economic growth.

The annual Liechtenstein Dialogue is described as a prestigious forum that brings together decision makers from countries such as Switzerland, Germany, Luxembourg and the United Kingdom.
