Tynwald sits for the first time in the new legislative season tomorrow (Tues).

A packed order paper sees over 70 items tabled, all but five of which are government motions.

Chief Minister Tony Brown (pictured) will move his Strategic Plan for the next four years.

The document comes in the form of a large glossy brochure, and Manx Radio senior political correspondent David Callister says there are suggestions of some possible changes ahead:
