Kirk Michael man in court

A 39 year old Kirk Michael man has been charged with two offences of wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm, and one offence of affray.

The offences follow an incident at a house in Slieu Curn Park, in Kirk Michael, last Thursday (4th) in which two police officers received serious injuries.

The man, who still hasn't officially been named by police, was charged yesterday evening.

He will appear in court this morning (Mon).
