Disappointment over Human Rights Act

A legal expert in the Isle of Man says the Human Rights Act, which came into force last November, fails to protect some of the most vulnerable in our society.

Chairman of the Law Society's Human Rights Committee, Paul Beckett (pictured), says the legislation doesn't address such basic needs as the right to a home.

On today's Talking Heads programme he said it was a fundamental principle of morality and decency:
