157 motorists have been stopped by police officers since the start of Operation Brownstone.
The campaign, which got underway on 23rd of July, coincided with the introduction of the force's unmarked enforcement cars.

The offences included 31 for using mobile phones whilst driving, and a hundred for failing to wear seatbelts.
Inspector Derek Flint of the Road's Policing Unit believes the exercise has been a very effective way of introducing the public to their new way of operating.
He says the unmarked cars are here to stay and will form the backbone of their efforts to reduce casualties and collisions on the Island's roads. His officers will keep on pressing home the messages aimed at reducing anti-social driving, promoting the responsible use of vehicle performance and concentrating on the 16-25 age group wherever necessary.
Inspector Flint adds "if we work from last year's figures we are on course for another two people to have lost their lives before Christmas, and preventing this from happening is in the hands of all road users".
