Mersey collision report

Seven months after the accident in the River Mersey, in which the Steam Packet fast craft Sea Express 1 was involved in a collision with the bulk carrier Alaska Rainbow, a report by the United Kingdom's Marine Accident Investigation Branch has been made public.
