CRUSE needs volunteers

by isleofman.com 27th September 2007

An Island charity recently given a Queen's Award for Voluntary Service is looking for more helpers.

CRUSE Bereavement was set up around 18 years ago and currently has 34 counsellors.

They provide support to people at home, over the phone, at the office and in schools.

Administrator Lorna Trevethan (pictured) says the volunteers come from a range of backgrounds, but all have plenty of life experience to draw upon:

You can contact Lorna by visiting cruseisleofman.org or by ringing 668192.
