Ballasalla residents AGM

The Secretary of the Ballasalla and District Residents' Association says it's had to go back to the drawing board since it walked out of a planning hearing on DoLGE's proposed Crossag Farm development in July.

David Allsebrook says the passing of Strategic Plan legislation by Tynwald on the same day was the final straw and forced the Association's members to leave.

The Association held its Annual General Meeting last week, at which the development was discussed at length and has the rescheduled hearing to prepare for next month.

Mr Allsebrook (pictured) says the Association firmly believes the planning process itself is seriously flawed:
