Ministerial Government 'mature'

The Chief Minister says he has no doubts about the success of the ministerial system of government, adopted by the Isle of Man in 1986.

He says he believes the Island has "matured" since the ministerial system was put in place and is now more readily recognised as a proper government system throughout the world, especially with regard to our relationship with the UK.

He believes it has also enabled the Island to make great steps forward:
