Kerbside collection concerns

Onchan MHK and former District Commissioner David Quirk (pictured) says he has a number of concerns about the Department of Local Government and the Environment's kerbside collection scheme.

The service is expected to start in Douglas, Onchan and Braddan in September next year, but Mr Quirk believes there hasn't been enough consultation with MHKs.

He is also questioning whether local authorities are totally on-board with the scheme:
