Ellison bailed for reports

Sentence on a Douglas man who admitted stealing wine and using provoking behaviour has been adjourned.

Dean Paul Ellison of Fairways Crescent in Mount Murray pleaded guilty to provoking behaviour in Newby’s Newsagents in Ballaquayle Road in August.

The same day, he stole a bottle of Australian wine from the Bray Hill filling station.

Deputy High Bailiff Alistair Montgomery set bail at ?300 and bailed Ellison until October 9 for social inquiry reports.
