Road safety is about attitude

The Isle of Man's Supervising Driving Examiner believes it's fine for people to start learning to drive at the age of 16 here in the Isle of Man.

There's currently debate in the United Kingdom, where the legal driving age is 17, on whether or not to increase the age to 18 as a way of reducing the number of young people involved in road accidents.

But Steve Fox says safe driving is a question of attitude rather than age:
