Mike Culverhouse to leave

The Island’s Chief Constable, Mike Culverhouse, will leave the force as planned when his contract expires at the end of the year.

The Department of Home Affairs has begun the task of finding a successor, by inviting applications for the position.

Mr Culverhouse will leave officially on December 31, after eight years as the head of the constabulary.
