Fatal accident update

Police are continuing to appeal for witnesses to a fatal accident on the main Peel Road last night (Mon).

A 28 year old man lost his life after he lost control of his blue Mitsubishi on the Ballahutchin outside just outside Union Mills close to Ballavagher House.

The accident happened around 9.15pm and no other vehicles were involved.

The dead man's name still hasn't been released and police say they would like to speak to anyone who may have seen the vehicle prior to the accident, witnessed the incident, or have any information which may help them in their enquiries.
