Future of old Noble's site

by isleofman.com 5th September 2007
Subject to political agreement and all the necessary consents, the Old Noble's Hospital site in Douglas could be redeveloped the year after next.

What WAS the Jane Crookall wing will be kept by the Health Service, and turned into a community healthcare facility, the ambulance service will be moved elsewhere, but much of the rest of the site will be levelled to create a new building to replace Fairfield and Ballacloan schools, with associated sports facilities and car parking.
