Manna for jazzers

If jazz is your kind of music - there's a feast for the ears to look forward to later this month.

The Isle of Man is hosting an International Jazz Festival from the 21 - 23 September, at the Hilton Hotel.

Traditional, New Orleans-style or Cotton Club - some of the best known names in jazz music will be here for the festival.

And on the Sunday, young Manx musicians are invited to a special jazz workshop.

Chairman of the Manx Jazz Club Alan Grubb is hoping the event will open their eyes to a new musical genre:
