Friday races delayed

The weather is causing problems for the final day of this year's Manx Grand Prix.

It's been announced that racing is NOT going ahead as scheduled today (Fri) due to poor conditions over the higher parts of the course.

Roads comprising the Mountain Course, which were due to close at 9.30am, will remain open and there will be a further announcement at 11 o'clock.

There are two four lap races scheduled today, the Lightweight and Ultralightweight, followed by the Senior.

Manx Radio's Sport's Editor Tim Glover says he think's it's a case of racing today - or not at all:
