Recruitment challenge in ambulance service

Recruitment and training are the biggest challenges facing the Isle of Man's Ambulance service - according to their Chief Officer.

The work of ambulance crews is becoming ever-more complex and specialised, and the changes are making it more difficult to recruit new trainees locally.

But Chief Ambulance Officer Steve Sieling (pictured) says he's working towards a training system that will encourage local applicants:
