Superior health facilities

The DHSS's Director of Health Strategy and Performance believes the services here are superior to those an equivalent population would have in England.

Norman McGregor-Edwards (pictured) says a facility like the new Noble's Hospital would only be found in a place with upwards of 250,000 people.

Therefore a lot more services are provided, especially locally.

But he says there's still more work to be done:
