by isleofman.com 26th August 2007
Two men from the north west of England have each been given a four month prison sentence suspended for two years.

Banjamin Metcalfe aged 30 from Wigan, and 26 year-old Matthew Doran from Bolton, appeared for sentence after admitting affray at Colours nightclub on December 13.

The pair had pushed against a man on the dance floor, causing him bruising and a perforated eardrum - although the victim did not make a complaint at the time.

A five year exclusion order was also imposed on the two men.
