Offshore services 'buoyant'

The Acting Director of Isle of Man Finance thinks now is a particularly buoyant time for the Island's offshore services.

Steven Beevers says the last year has seen the introduction of a number of innovative products, including the new Companies Act and the tax cap initiative, which aims to attract high net-worth entrepreneurs

Mr Beevers (pictured) believes the biggest challenge facing the Manx finance industry over the next 12 months is keeping ahead in what's a fiercely competitive international market.

He says the important thing is to remember the Island's role within global business:
