Filipino Ambassador to visit

The Island's thousand-strong Filipino community will welcome a very important guest next week.

The Ambassador of the Philippines, His Excellency Edgardo Espirito will be here from Friday the 24th until Sunday 26th of August.

As well as meeting the Island's Lieutenant Governor, he'll also meet various Ministers including Chief Minister, Tony Brown.

The Embassy will also be holding an open Consular Outreach for all Filipinos on the Island.

Vice-Chairman of the Isle of Man Filipino Association, Juvi Pabellan says it will be a very useful service:
