Concerns for opening MGP session

by isleofman.com 17th August 2007
There are concerns for the opening Manx Grand Prix practice session, due to take place tomorrow evening (Saturday).

Forecasters at Ronaldsway Met Office are predicting the threat of heavy showers and low cloud.

Marshal numbers are also low, with the marshal's association still desperate to sign people up.

Bikes are due away at 6.15pm, with roads due to close at 6pm and re-opening at 8.45pm.

Practising will take place every evening next week, with racing on Monday, August 27, Wednesday 29 and Friday 31.
